Technical Capability Disclosure: Your text content is encrypted using AES-256 encryption before storage. However, our server has access to the master encryption key and can technically decrypt your data. This is necessary for the cloud sync functionality to work across your devices. We promise not to access your decrypted content except when you request syncing, and we do not log, analyze, or monitor your decrypted data. We are transparent about this technical capability because you deserve to know how your data is actually processed.

For images and files, we store them in private object storage with user-specific permissions. We can technically access these files as we control the storage system, but we do not access them except when necessary for syncing or when you explicitly request access.
