You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse QuickClip, including but not limited to transmitting illegal content, malware, or violating others’ rights. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Content and Privacy

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Pro features are available via subscription billed through our payment provider. Plans auto‑renew until cancelled. Taxes may apply.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Access to Pro features continues until the end of the current billing period.

QuickClip is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuickClip and its contributors are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

QuickClip is the legal business name for this service. All references to "QuickClip", "we", "us", or "our" in these Terms refer to QuickClip.

We may update these terms to reflect improvements or legal requirements. We'll notify you of material changes.
